This policy is short and specific: what stays on your phone, what leaves it, and why.
Your log stays on your phone
Every dose you log, every craving rating, and every setting lives in a local database on your device. Unpouch has no backend of its own, no cloud sync, and no accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, and your log is never uploaded anywhere.
What leaves your device
Two things, neither tied to your identity:
- Crash reports (Sentry). If the app crashes, a report is sent so the bug can be found and fixed. It contains technical details about the crash (stack trace, device model, OS version), never your dose log.
- Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics). Anonymous events about how the app is used, such as which screens are opened and which features get used, to help improve it. Not your dose log, and not linked to an account, because there are no accounts.
What we don't collect
- No account, email, or sign-up.
- No advertising SDKs and no data sold or shared for advertising.
- Your doses, cravings, and schedule are never transmitted.
Notifications
Reminders and gate-open alerts are local notifications, scheduled and delivered entirely on your device.
Your data is yours
You can export your full log as a single JSON file from Settings, and you can delete it all by deleting the app. There is no server-side copy of your log to request or delete.
