By using Unpouch you agree to these terms. They are deliberately plain: Unpouch is a scheduling tool that helps you space out nicotine pouches on a gradually lengthening timetable.
Unpouch is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app schedules; it never advises. The estimated nicotine curve is a rough model built only from what you logged. It is not a measurement, and it does not represent blood levels. If you have questions about nicotine, nicotine replacement, or your health, talk to a clinician.
Use of the app
- Unpouch is provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- You are responsible for your own decisions about nicotine use. The app never prevents you from doing anything; it schedules, suggests, and counts.
- Unpouch is intended for adults who already use nicotine pouches and want to reduce. It is not for anyone under the legal age for nicotine products where they live.
Your data
Your log is stored locally on your device and is yours. There is no account to terminate and no server-side copy of your log. The app sends crash reports and anonymous usage analytics; see the privacy policy for exactly what that covers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Unpouch is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
